30-Day Returns

We want you (and your dog) to love your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect
• Sale items are final sale

How to Return

Email hello@gooddogco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 1 business day.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange if stock is available.
