What products do you sell?

Breed-specific lifestyle products including 11oz ceramic mugs, unisex cotton tees, canvas tote bags, enamel pins, and curated bundles. Every design is made for a specific dog breed.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Australia. International shipping is coming soon — join our mailing list to be the first to know.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. Orders over $65 AUD ship free.

Can I personalise my order?

Yes! Many products offer a personalisation option to add your dog's name for an extra $5. Select this option on the product page before adding to cart.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty. See our full Returns page for details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us at hello@gooddogco.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll sort it immediately.

Do you do custom/bespoke orders?
