Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all standard (non-personalised) items.

Eligibility

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Personalised items are not eligible unless faulty or incorrect
• Sale or discounted items are final sale

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@gooddogco.com.au with your order number and a brief reason. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
